Dot has been an RN for 12 years, graduating from Saint Joseph's College of Maine. Dot grew up in New Hampshire and lived in Maine for 8 years. She loves working with all different types of people to help them feel comfortable and informed about their health. She is married with a daughter, and two dogs, Walter and Crosby. In her free time she loves to cook, bake, and go on lots of adventures in Nashville.

Caitlin has been a registered nurse since 2019, earning her bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame. Caitlin is originally from the Chicagoland area, but made her move to Nashville in 2025. She is passionate about helping people feel their best, and loves being part of their journey to living healthier, happier lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, staying active doing pilates and hiking, and trying new recipes.
