Words cannot express how blessed I feel to have found Dr. Wenzel. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt at peace. The office is so calming and beautifully decorated. It does not feel like your typical doctor’s office at all. The staff is also amazing, caring and attentive. I felt like I was Dr. Wenzel’s only patient while I was there. Not only is he a gifted physician but he has a unique ability to connect on a level I’ve never experienced before. Dr. Wenzel really puts in the effort to learn “who” you are as a person. He understands that really knowing who your patient is is important to their overall health and well-being. He is worth every single penny and more. Life-changing is the word that comes to mind. Dr. Wenzel fundamentally believes that your health care should help you feel great and live a long time. The challenge is, the current healthcare model is broken.
Both as a physician and as a patient, Dr. Wenzel has experienced this personally. In fact, he almost walked away from medicine altogether during his second year of residency while he felt forced to deliver formulaic, efficient but impersonal care. Like you, he knew there had to be a better solution.
That’s why he created Brentwood MD. By limiting the membership to so few, he has been able to fulfill his dream of deeply impacting the lives of the men and women who have become part of the Brentwood MD family. It would be his honor to do the same for you.
Dr. Wenzel is a Southern California native and has called Tennessee home for nearly 20 years. He completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where he also served as Chief Resident. A loyal Longhorn and University of Texas alum, Dr. Wenzel enjoys spending time & adventuring with his family. He can likely be found reading a book on entrepreneurship or on run wearing his weighted vest.
